He stops rowing and strikes a perfect pose. I snap blindly, the
viewfinder of my phone useless in the strong sunlight.
Normally, one should always try not to overpay when traveling as that
will make it more difficult for the next tourist to get a fair price.
As there are no other tourists in Old Dhaka, I decide that doesn't
apply here. How can you haggle over a dollar with someone who has
nothing?
As we part, he smiles.
